First conceived for Mike Wilks' book The Weather Works, this wonderful illustration takes a fanciful looks at what if we humans generated the weather of mist and fog. The detail to Wilks' vision is stunning, we have pully systems and pipes, elegant onlookers and gas-mask clad workers. The nuts, bolts and wheels of the operation pump out a light veil of mist and fog. Mike's paintings have a dreamlike quality to them due to their creativity and surreal visions. Above the scene, Wilks draws frescos and the starry night sky.
