From the moment you check out to when you unpack your new purchase, ONGallery takes care of everything. We will process your order on the day it is received, or next working day if received on a Sunday or UK public holiday.
Your order will be delivered to you by courier, to the address you have specified anywhere in the world, within 15 days.
NB: Whilst every effort is made to meet this target, ONGallery cannot be responsible for delays outside its control. If we become aware of a potential delay we will advise you.
Your product will be delievered in packaging specially designd to keep it safe from damage in transit. We advise our customer safely to retain this packaging for future transport use.
We like to make everything as simple as we can. So, how have we done that?
For all orders to UK and European Union destinations, packing, insurance and delivery are free: simple!
Delivery charges to countries outside the European Union are are shown in your shopping cart when you select your country and applied at check out. Please note that you may be required to pay local import duty or other taxes receive your purchase.

We are sure you will love your new art purchase; it will soon be on your wall to be enjoyed every day. If, however, for any reason you are not delighted with your your purchase, you may return it to us up to 15 days after deliver.
All we ask is that you notify us, by phone on +44 (0) 20 7384 9010 or through our contact form, within 15 days of receipt and repack the item in its original packaging. We will provide you with a unique returns reference and arrange for collection. We will refund the full price of the returned item and original shipping charges, less the cost of return carriage. Refunds take up to five working days following the product(s) safe return to us.
Our packaging is tried and tested and should protect your purchase from shipping damage, wherever you may be. It is very rare that one of our products is damaged in transit, but we can't pretend it will never happen. The packaging it designed to take knocks and may appear scuffed or damaged; this doesn't mean the product is damaged.
However, if once unpacked your product is damaged, please contact us immediately on +44 (0) 20 7384 9010 or through our secure contact form to arange a collecton and refund or replacement. We will arrange for the product to collected by courier, at our cost, within three working days and will process any refund once the item is received at our premises.
Please ensure you retain the product and all packaging for inspection and so that it can be used for the return.
